Anne Martin, former Chief Executive Officer of QEGSMAT and a National Leader in Education, has joined Academicis as an Associate Mentor. With over three decades of experience in education, including leadership roles in both rural and urban schools, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. She has a strong track record in school improvement across primary and secondary phases, focusing on utilising the power of education to change children’s lives for the better.
In her capacity as an Associate Mentor at Academicis, Anne will collaborate with Sir Michael Wilshaw and other esteemed colleagues to provide guidance and support to educational leaders. Her expertise in leadership coaching, mentoring, and educational consultancy will be invaluable to those seeking to enhance their leadership skills and drive school improvement.
Anne's commitment to education is further demonstrated in her roles as a National Coach for Women into Leadership and a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. She has also served on the East Midlands and Humber Headteacher Board, advising on educational matters.
