OVERVIEW

As an external expert, Anne will work with you to understand your context and needs to tailor a bespoke package of onsite/in person and remote support over 6 or 12 months, as appropriate. The initial in person visit is designed to enable you both to meet and for Anne to know more about your context and needs; your vision and values; and what you want for yourself and your organisation. Following this personalised coaching and mentoring can beremote. Coaching and mentoring support leaders to feel empowered, to lead and be value-driven, to have greater levels of resilience and self-awareness, in an ever-changing educational climate and to better support their own well-being and that of other colleagues.

Anne will work with you to understand your context, needs, vision and values. She will personalise the approach of every session in collaboration with you, building on existing strengths whilst developing priorities identified by you and your colleagues. The work is flexible and dynamic, understanding the pace and pressures of the educational environment as well as the school timetable.

The time commitment is flexible and tailored to suit you and your needs at every step. Each session can be adapted as one-to-one or group mentoring and coaching with a clear vision and goal in mind throughout.
