As a former CEO, Headteacher and school leader, Anne has faced many challenges during her career, many of which centre around managing people, relationships and building a team with the skills, knowledge and qualities needed to drive educational improvement collectively.

As an external expert, Anne will work with you to understand your context and needs to tailor bespoke support which could be onsite/in person and/or remote, as appropriate.

This could include:

  • Developing the culture and ethos in your organisation,

  • Tailored and developmental reviews in a specific area, designed to meet the needs of your Multi Academy Trust or School. A review is a great opportunity to have an experienced, highly qualified external expert working with you to support your own quality assurance and self-evaluation processes.

Our session will be

  • Personalised

    Our initial session will be dedicated to understanding your context, needs, vision and values, building on existing strengths whilst developing priorities identified by you and your colleagues.

  • Targeted

    Anne will work you to design a targeted programme to suit you and meet the needs of both you and your organisation.

  • Flexible

    Designed around you and your needs, sessions can be in person or remote. Each session will take into the consideration the pace and pressures of your organisation.
